Stonehurst Farm Park Lead Supervisor
Our farm park lead supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of the visitor attraction. Working with and supervising a small team to maintain an Excellent Visitor Experience at our long established award winning farm park.
The work will include:-
Working with and supervising a small team to provide a fantastic visitor experience, with a friendly welcome, through visitor interaction with animal handling, pony rides, tractor rides, etc. Keeping all areas of the farm tidy throughout the day. Taking school tours, and organising children’s parties. Maintaining an organised staff rota for junior staff and assisting with staff training. Ordering feed supplies, daily safety checks and associated record keeping.
The successful candidate will be organised, motivated and enthusiastic about working with visitors and our junior staff members. Experience in animal care or agriculture is preferable, good communication and the desire to interact with customers and staff is essential.
This job will include working across a rota that includes working term time weekdays, weekends and during school holidays and is available as a full time position 40 hours per week. Starting on £10.50 – £12.50 per hour depending on experience.

Stonehurst Farm Park Supervisor
We are looking to recruit a bright and outgoing person, who enjoys working with visitors, both adults and children and who has training in animal care or farm livestock experience. The core focus of this role is to ensure that we maintain an excellent visitor experience and the highest standards of animal care.
The work will involve daily care of livestock including feeding, bedding and cleaning out pens. Engaging with visitors with pony rides and small animal petting and grooming. Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy working environment. Working as part of a team
3-5 days / 24 – 40 hours per week, the successful candidate will need to be available across a rotor that includes term time week days, weekends and school holidays. Starting on National minimum wage/ National living wage for their age group.

Stonehurst Farm Retail Assistant
We are looking to recruit a bright and outgoing person, who enjoys working in a hospitality environment. The is an important customer facing role and will include, greeting visitors whilst serving in our entrance kiosk, cleaning and stocking and serving in our farm shop selling home grown and local produce including fresh organic bread from our in house bakery. A friendly outgoing personality is essential, an interest in local food and produce is beneficial.
